La brasserie\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/be.latrappetrappist.com\/be\/fr.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bierbrouwerij de Koningshoeven<\/a>est fond\u00e9e en 1884 dans l&rsquo;abbaye Abdij Onze Lieve Vrouw situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Tilbourg, non loin d&rsquo;Eindhoven aux Pays-Bas, n\u00e9e trois ans plus t\u00f4t. Elle produit donc ses breuvages depuis plus de 140 ans, une exp\u00e9rience indiscutable qui s&rsquo;est combin\u00e9e avec celle de la brasserie\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bierezero.thijsen.net\/index.php\/2018\/07\/25\/bavaria-0-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bavaria<\/a>\u00a0de Lieshout, qui, face au march\u00e9 \u00e9mergeant du sans alcool, a su se montrer pr\u00e9sente. Et la Nillis, dont le nom \u00ab\u00a0nihil\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0nullus\u00a0\u00bb exprime bien le taux nul d&rsquo;alcool\u00e9mie tout en se marquant de son bagage religieux, naquit. Sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une r\u00e9elle trappiste, son nom fait aussi r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au Nil, \u00e0 la source duquel, en Ouganda, o\u00f9 s&rsquo;active la mission trappiste\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/975033\/our-lady-of-victoria-monastery-localworks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Our Lady of Victoria<\/a>, en partie financ\u00e9e par le commerce des bi\u00e8res de La Trappe. Bref, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;appellation \u00ab\u00a0trappiste\u00a0\u00bb est controvers\u00e9e depuis 1999 suite au partenariat avec Bavaria, nous avons de toute mani\u00e8re droit \u00e0 une nouvelle bi\u00e8re sans alcool\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>J&rsquo;ai donc vers\u00e9 le breuvage dans mon calice, et\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"a-l-oeil\">\u00c0&nbsp;l&rsquo;\u0153il<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Trappe Nilllis est une magnifique brune\/ambr\u00e9e, \u00e0 la robe caramel, au reflet rougeoyant. Sa mousse est \u00e9paisse et se d\u00e9pose petit \u00e0 petit. Tapissant la surface de cette trappiste remu\u00e9e d&rsquo;un beau chapelet de bulles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La trappiste joue clairement de ces notes malt\u00e9es aux volutes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es. Pour ceux qui le connaissent, on y retrouve le parfum du sirop de Li\u00e8ge (m\u00e9lasse de poire et de pomme).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au go\u00fbt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On trouve dans la Trappe Nillis les marqueurs propos\u00e9s par son parfum. Le malt s&rsquo;impose donc, soutenu par le fruit\u00e9 acidul\u00e9 de la pomme et de la poire. En fin de bouche on go\u00fbte le sucr\u00e9 du caramel avec sa douce amertume. Tout au long, on retrouve une note m\u00e9tallique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En bref<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Trappe Nillis est la premi\u00e8re trappiste mise sur le march\u00e9. Et pour une premi\u00e8re, je trouve que celle-ci est une r\u00e9elle r\u00e9ussite. Elle a du corps, du go\u00fbt, de l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9gance et du parfum.
