Parmi des dizaines de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, elle produit l&rsquo;<strong>Inferial Stout<\/strong>, uniquement disponible en canette d&rsquo;aluminium recycl\u00e9, labelis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar de ses cons\u0153urs d&rsquo;un design sobre et aust\u00e8re tel que les scandinave save le faire.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>J&rsquo;ai donc vers\u00e9 le breuvage dans mon calice, et\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0\u00a0l&rsquo;\u0153il<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un noir d&rsquo;\u00e9b\u00e8ne aux reflets d&rsquo;acajou, semblable \u00e0 un caf\u00e9 tr\u00e8s fort. Impossible d&rsquo;y discerner les bulles tant elle est sombre et opaque. La mousse est g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, brune et savonneuse, mais n&rsquo;est pas persistante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wow\u2026 on est sur du Viking ! Je retrouve grain torr\u00e9fi\u00e9, caf\u00e9, chocolat am\u00e8re, terre riche et humide, pain grill\u00e9\/br\u00fbl\u00e9, pour finir sur une note floral et de vanille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au go\u00fbt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle d\u00e9barque avec un drakkar d&rsquo;amertume et de chocolat noir et comme si elle avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 tout br\u00fbl\u00e9 sur son passage, un l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt de cendre et de terre torr\u00e9fi\u00e9e plane dans ton palais que cette barbare laissera intacte mais marqu\u00e9 par son passage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En bref<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une coriace, pas du genre \u00e0 se laisser apprivoiser facilement. Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 son ar\u00f4me, elle r\u00e9pond avec beaucoup d&rsquo;amertume et d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9, histoire de dire qui est le Viking !
