Sa mousse est fine, d\u00e9licate, mais se retire rapidement, comme la lumi\u00e8re qui glisse doucement derri\u00e8re les collines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dominent, franches, presque rustiques. Une impression de pain humide, simple, sans artifice. Rien d\u2019exub\u00e9rant. Juste une pr\u00e9sence honn\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au go\u00fbt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019attaque est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re, un peu aqueuse, puis le bl\u00e9 et le ma\u00efs prennent le relais. La finale \u00e9voque une cro\u00fbte de pain, suivie d\u2019une petite pointe d\u2019acidit\u00e9 nette, presque fra\u00eeche.<br>Tout reste mesur\u00e9. Tout reste contenu.<br>Comme un paysage nordique : vaste, \u00e9pur\u00e9, sans relief spectaculaire mais jamais d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En bref<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Carlsberg 0.0 n\u2019est pas une temp\u00eate scandinave, c\u2019est un fjord tranquille, dor\u00e9 par un soleil qui ne se couche presque pas.
