Rien n\u2019est laiss\u00e9 au hasard. Tout est en place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bl\u00e9 domine imm\u00e9diatement, suivi des ar\u00f4mes typiques de levure et de clou de girofle. C\u2019est net, pr\u00e9cis, presque acad\u00e9mique. On reconna\u00eet la recette sans effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au go\u00fbt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ouvrent la marche, avec une texture min\u00e9rale et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement aigre. Le clou de girofle apporte cette touche presque m\u00e9tallique, tr\u00e8s caract\u00e9ristique, tandis qu\u2019une note discr\u00e8te de banane appara\u00eet en retrait.<br>Tout est fid\u00e8le au style. Tout est ma\u00eetris\u00e9. Mais l\u2019\u00e9motion reste contenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En bref<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fra\u00eeche et d\u00e9salt\u00e9rante, cette weissbier reproduit avec s\u00e9rieux les codes de la blanche bavaroise. Elle ne cherche pas \u00e0 \u00e9tonner. Elle cherche \u00e0 respecter la tradition. On y retrouve bien ce qui fait d\u2019une bi\u00e8re une blanche, ainsi que la levure propre au \u00ab Hefe \u00bb.<br>R\u00e9ussie dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, appliqu\u00e9e dans l\u2019\u00e9quilibre\u2026 mais un peu trop sage pour vraiment marquer les esprits.
