Propre.<br>Mousse ? Disons\u2026 facultative. Selon ton service, elle peut \u00eatre l\u00e0. Ou pas. Un peu comme un stagiaire en ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement bois\u00e9, presque cendr\u00e9.<br>Des notes herbac\u00e9es et agrum\u00e9es, un houblon qui essaye de s\u2019exprimer.<br>Un soup\u00e7on de caramel. Une touche de fleur de sureau qui passe en arri\u00e8re-plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au go\u00fbt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger. Trop l\u00e9ger. Une texture un peu cartonneuse.<br>On capte une acidit\u00e9 citronn\u00e9e, une amertume correcte, et cette note cendr\u00e9e qui revient. Les saveurs existent\u2026 mais elles semblent dilu\u00e9es, comme si on avait baiss\u00e9 le volume au dernier moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En bref<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette American Ale donne l\u2019impression d\u2019avoir toutes les bonnes id\u00e9es\u2026 mais pas l\u2019intensit\u00e9 pour les porter.<br>Elle d\u00e9salt\u00e8re, oui.
